Welcome! I am proud to introduce myself as the Founder of Teammates Talent LLC.

Early in my career, I worked for one of the largest talent solutions providers in the industry. I was one of over 2,000 recruiters tasked with filling an endless pipeline of open roles. We were expected to screen candidates in under seven minutes - just enough time to check boxes, not to truly understand the candidate’s expertise or individual value.

When I transitioned into Account Management, my focus shifted to the client side: understanding business goals and the headcount needed to support those goals. I wanted to do my due diligence, get to know the market deeply, and find the best possible fit. But within the traditional agency model, I couldn’t deliver the level of service I believed in. Recruiters were stretched thin, and the process prioritized speed over precision. I lacked confidence in the quality of the talent we were putting forward.

The job was transactional: sell the candidates you’ve received from your recruiter as “the best”, coach them to pass the interview, close the deal, and send the invoice - with no real guarantees. That never sat right with me.

So, I took control of the entire process - and everything changed. Once I was both understanding the client’s business needs and sourcing the candidates with care, the partnership became more efficient, aligned, and successful. The only thing I didn’t control? The terms in the agreement.

That’s when Teammates Talent was born.

I created this company to reshape the recruiting experience - making it affordable, strategic, intentional, and personalized to each team & business.

Recruiting should not be rushed. Identifying top talent requires precision, patience, and a deep understanding. And most importantly, the person who understands your business goals should be the one sourcing and vetting the talent to help you reach them.
